Ask yourself, how do I want to live?
Spiritual growth is like becoming a gourmet. We can eat anything to survive, even if it means living on a crust of bread. Or we can become gourmets and take full responsibility and the ability to choose how we want to live.
Do you want to just survive or LIVE and enjoy?
Spirituality is the most natural state. We are spiritual beings experiencing earthly experiences, not the other way around. It is a completely natural state for each of us. Spirituality is a path to quality of life and evolution. And it is certainly not about external "glitter" with the most sophisticated flavors.
When we incarnate, the soul signs an evolutionary contract. The point is to neutralize within ourselves the anger, pain, and grievances we experience on our earthly journey of life.
Think about it, what if we looked at all conflict situations in such a way that the other person comes to remind us of what we need to learn? Our responsibility is to continue working on the inside, and not just get distracted by "explaining" relationships on the outside - "you to me, I to you...".
Our greatest work is to liberate ourselves from within.

It is important to plant the seed of awareness and water it every day. We need to be vigilant about what we are watering that seed with: is it the water of anger and dissatisfaction or the water of support and motivation?
Spirituality = Awareness + Depth
While I don't intend to derive formulas or teach "one truth", in my understanding a spiritual person is one who combines a conscious lifestyle with living from the depths of the soul. To experience this, we must constantly PAUSE, otherwise we do not stop the movie of thoughts constantly spinning inside us.
A simple way to stop the flow of thoughts is conscious BREATHING. The busier a person is, the more vulnerable and controlled he is. But we already see this, so if you choose a gourmet life - one of the very simple, fun and suitable practices that combines the latest scientific discoveries and the wisdom of ancient yogis is SOMA breathing .
I invite you to try the free SOMA breathing practice "Abundance and Gratitude" here:
We all have a natural right to direct contact with a resource. No one can take it away from us.
Spirituality is not a journey of suffering. The spiritual path can be fun and playful! You can experience it too!
The best conscious party including SOMA breathing, free dance, meditation and a circle of like-minded people with an international team for the first time in Lithuania straight from Ibiza!
